4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date will not be eligible for a refund.
- In the event of tour cancellation by Ayanota due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
5. Tour Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled tours. Ayanota is not responsible for any delays caused by participant lateness. Each participant must follow the instructions of the tour guide during the tour for safety and enjoyment. Participants must be in good health and able to participate in the planned activities. Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking, and Ayanota reserves the right to refuse service to anyone we deem unfit for the tour.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards fellow participants, guides, and the general public. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund. Ayanota reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this code of conduct.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ayanota shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your use of our services or your participation in any tour. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour.
